Through recording, interpreting, and documenting interviews and intakes, Carv offers a smart solution. This core-feature ensures recruiters access easy, shareable, and reliable results automatically.
Our job was to create and manage the Design System, help shape the product strategy and vision as well as crafting all of the interfaces to expose Carv's unique capabilities to recruiters large and small. Once this was set up, we helped Carv onboard their own design team that could further shape the future of the product.
